It was a family affair on Monday, August 22 when five Adamstown students were recognized for their "Eagle Excellence" at the School Board meeting. Students receiving recognition included:
- Ella Lee, 3rd Grade - 1st place in the Adamstown Summer Music Series Art Contest
- Brock Dorshimer, 1st Grade - 1st place in the AMVETS Americanism Flag Coloring Contest
- Zenia Dippner, 5th Grade - 1st place in the AMVETS Americanism Poster Contest
- Audrey Bovenzi, 4th Grade - 1st place in the LNP/LancasterOnline Design-an-Ad Contest
- Maci Kells, 4th Grade - 1st place in the LNP/LancasterOnline Design-an-Ad Contest
